These terms govern your use of Nodely, a mobile puzzle game published by Sugar Software. By downloading or playing Nodely, you agree to them.

Using the app

Nodely is a free game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. There is no account or sign-up: an anonymous profile is created on your device. You are responsible for your device and for keeping the app updated.

Your progress

Your progress is stored on your device. Because there is no login, we cannot recover or transfer progress between devices, and a new device or reinstall starts a fresh profile. A copy of progress and league scores is synced to our servers to power leaderboards.

Ads

Nodely is free to play and may be supported by ads.

Fair play

Don’t cheat, tamper with scores or leaderboards, use bots or automation, reverse-engineer or modify the app, disrupt our services, or use the app unlawfully. We may restrict access for abuse or violations of these terms.

Intellectual property

Nodely — including its name, design, code, level/puzzle generation, and graphics — is owned by Sugar Software. Using the app does not grant you any ownership rights in it.

Third-party services

Nodely relies on third parties — the app stores, Google AdMob, and our hosting provider — whose own terms and policies apply to their parts of the service.

Availability & changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, and we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
